Montana's Senator Jon Tester has done a fantastic job standing up for Montana schools on the floor of the U.S. Senate. Rural school districts are seeing health insurance rates rise by as much as 83%. Teachers shouldn't have to choose between health care premiums and buying food or paying the rent.
