Denise Juneau Uses Technology to Bring "CSI Montana" Crime Lab Lessons to Montana Students

Through a cooperative effort between Montana Superintendent of Public Instruction Denise Juneau, the state Department of Justice and a company called Vision Net, a toxicologist from the State Crime Lab in Missoula presented an interactive video class to the far-flung high school students.

On Tuesday February 9, 2010 the new program kicked off with remarks from state Superintendent of Public Instruction Denise Juneau at Helena High School.  Students from Rudyard, Montana, also joined the event by video conference.  Juneau said that bringing the crime lab to classrooms helps underscore the work students are doing and gives students a glimpse of the world they may enter with further education.
